The Horus is prescription-ready direct, with our revolutionary ImpactRX™ program powered by Shamir® digital freeform technology.  Prices shown are for single vision (SV) prescription lenses only.  Progressive lenses are available in store only or see our prescription information page for other options for obtaining progressive lenses.   Prescription availablity depends on PD.  Add prescription lenses to the frame or order lenses only if you already have the frame.  Enter prescription details in box below or fax/email (not required) the Rx to us if you are unsure how to enter it online.  Note: If ordering multiple lens colors, you must also order an extra "gasket" that holds the lens (order replacement lenses non-prescription to purchases "gasket")
