Free shipping is available on all orders of $75 or more (domestic--international orders are discounted by $5).  On old cart, when your shopping cart totals $75, you will be given a $5 discount (price of standard shipping). In the new shipping cart, shipping will be shown as $0 on standard domestic shipping.   If you upgrade shipping, you get a $5 discount on the standard shipping price.  You will just pay the additional over the regular shipping.
