Prescription Details Including PD(Pupil Distance):

Enter prescription information in the following format: OD -1.50 -1.50 x75 OS -1.00 -0.25 x180 PD=60 (or 30/30) Or you can fax or email your prescription to us with your order number. PD (pupil distance) is recommended but not required but will make the prescription more accurate if you have it. See Prescription Information page for more on PD.
