Prices shown are for single vision (SV) prescription lenses only. Progressive lenses are available in store only or see our prescription information page for other options for obtaining progressive lenses. Prescription availability depends on PD. Add prescription lenses to the frame or order lenses only if you already have the frame. Enter prescription details in box below or fax/email (not required) the Rx to us if you are unsure how to enter it online.

"Direct In" refers to the full lens of the frame being made with your prescription.

Add RX Direct In Free Form Lenses SV:

Direct In is where the full lens of the frame is made with your prescription. Free Form is newer digital manufacturing technology that limits distortion. ImpactX is the zero distortion lens material these are made of.

Prescription Lens Add Ons:

If you select direct in lenses, you are only limited to the options listed for "direct in". If you select prescription insert, you are limited only to options marked "for insert". Upgrade to "free form polycarbonate" is for polycarbonate direct in lenses only.

Enter prescription information in the following format: OD (Right) -1.00 -0.25 x35 OS (left) -1.00 -0.25 x85 PD= 60 (or 30/30 if per eye PD) PD is recommended but not required.
